Warranty, Refund & Exchange Policies and Procedures

 

WARRANTY POLICY

This warranty shall only be applicable to items purchased on this website, under UGREEN Philippines by VTECO. All UGREEN warranties are non-transferrable and are only available for the original end-user of the product. Warranty shall only be valid for the period mentioned in the user manual.

 

WARRANTY PROCESS

   Kindly send the following information to customercare@ugreen.com.ph:

> Proof of purchase with order number and details
> Description of the defect 
> If item is defective, kindly provide proof (images and/or videos) 

NOTE: You will need to return the item back to our office for inspection (this will be discussed once our customer care representative contacts you.)

   Not Covered in the Warranty:

> Products without proof of purchase
> Lost or stolen products
> Items that have exceeded their warranty period
> Free products
> Non-quality related issues
> Damage from outside sources, misuse of products

NOTE: Items claimed to have defects but found by UGREEN PH quality control team to be in working condition will not be replaced.

 

 

REFUND / RETURN & EXCHANGE

Only products purchased from UGREEN Philippines by VTECO will be accepted. Items damaged due to customer mishandling and customer's change of mind / negligence will not be accepted.

Returns made without providing the necessary information may be refused. UGREEN Philippines reserves the right to deny any return.

Returned items must be in original condition - unaltered, undamaged and inside the packaging with its included accessories, manual and documentation.

   You may send us the following information via email at customercare@ugreen.com.ph so we can process refund / exchange:

> Order Number and Details
> Video or Image of damaged item
> Complete Delivery Address
> Contact number
> Preferred Payment & Details (for Refunds)

 

    REFUNDS:

    Once we've received your refund request, our customer support representative will contact you so you can return the item to us. As soon as the item is deemed defective, we will process refund and will be completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued depending on the agreed form of payment.

     

    REPLACEMENTS:

    In case the item model purchased and returned is not available for replacement, UGREEN Philippines reserves the right to provide you a similar or an alternate product having the same functions. You will be notified immediately and this will depend on what was agreed upon. Customers will be fully responsible for returning the item.

     

    CANCELLING / CHANGING ORDERS:

    Should you wish to cancel / change your order, kindly send us an email at customercare@ugreen.com.ph with your order number and details.
