You can place your order and checkout here. Send us an email of your proof of payment at customercare@ugreen.com.ph (unless COD). As soon as payment is confirmed, your order will be packed and you will be notified once your order is ready for pickup / shipment.
Usually, it takes 3-7 days upon order confirmation. Deliveries outside Metro Manila could take additional days, depending on the shipping address.
For standard shipping, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, Paypal or Bank Transfer. For PICKUP orders, we suggest to pay via GCash or Paypal for faster transactions.
Yes, we can accommodate same day deliveries as long as payment has been confirmed on the same day (cutoff time is at 4PM, excluding Sundays.) Also, customers would have to book for pickup and shoulder the shipping cost.
Standard shipping rate for areas inside Metro Manila is PHP100 while areas outside are charged at PHP185.
Once order has been packed, we will send you the tracking number. You can check out the status of the delivery on the corresponding courier app or website (depending on your assigned courier).
Every item comes with 6 months to 1 year warranty depending on item type. You can check out our policies and procedures page for more info.
Strictly 7 days after purchase as long as the product is deemed defective. You can check out the procedures at our policies and procedures page.
